I accidentally left my sunglasses in the changing room and returned less than two minutes later, only to find they had already been stolen. While I accept it was my mistake to leave them behind, it’s shocking that this can happen in a premium gym like Virgin Active. Staff were polite, but no real investigation followed. I’ve since heard from several colleagues that similar incidents have happened here. I won’t be renewing my membership.

Some have jokey “It’s my rest day” signs on them, but after weeks of no progress, it is no longer funny. It just looks unprofessional and poorly managed. Very disappointing.
