  Several staff members require improvement in their behavior, notably Chiko, who is often preoccupied with her phone when assistance is needed, and Peter, who consistently demonstrates a lack of respect towards individuals with disabilities.

  Awful new management , cancelling long standing classes on a whim based on some shady data, badly trained pool staff , Disappointed and considering switching gyms due to this. Would reconsider before joining

  I have been going to this gym 5/6 years I was rejected out by one of the PT of the assault bike area because supposedly there was a class no one was using it very disappointing

  Virgin Active Notting Hill - 3 April. Very disappointing experience. The app and published timetable showed the club closing at 10pm, but members were forced out at 8pm with no prior communication. If opening hours change, members should be informed before arriving. Poor communication for a premium-priced gym. Highly disrespectful attitude fully ignoring paying members plans. Hope they even care to update the their formal timetables.

  I had a really good experience with the team at Virgin Active Notting Hill. I enquired about personal training and John was so helpful, he was attentive and fully understood what I wanted. The customer service was on point, everything was sorted quickly. It all felt really smooth and well organised. My friend was with me on a guest pass, and she even mentioned how impressed she was with the customer service from both John and Les. Thanks Virgin!
