  I am a member of the virgin active gym in bromley. Sometimes is closer for me to come to the streatham one though and so I visited today with my partner and first thing as we entered my partner was getting extremely bad screws from Guido at reception, he gave extremely bad attitude and behaviour towards him, such a rude person, arrogant. Us virgin active members we pay 100£+ on memberships the minimum they can do for us is at least be kind, polite. Me and my partner was extremely upset with how we was treated. The gym itself is so so good, we have never had any problems with the staff before. So when it actually happened today with Guido we were so shocked and upset at the same time.

  Virgin Active Streatham consistently maintains a high standard and provides a positive environment for members. A special mention to Salman, the General Manager, whose professionalism, willingness to help, and ability to understand and respond to people’s needs truly stand out.   I went for a women's only session at this venue and had the mist amazing steam and sauna. The facilities are clean, fresh and welcoming. The staff were amazing. Very helpful, friendly, professional and encouraging. The women that attended were so lovely too. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Xxx

  I’ve been attending virgin Active for around two months now, and overall my experience has been good. However, there is one important issue that really needs improvement The seating areas next to the lockers are consistently very dirty. Personally, I find it uncomfortable to even sit there because of how unclean they are. The individual changing cubicles are also not well maintained. The floors are dirty and the chairs are not clean, which makes it difficult to feel comfortable using them. As for the showers, the walls sometimes have visible dirt or hair, which gives the impression that they are not being cleaned properly or regularly.
