  This leisure centre needs to be reported and investigated by Wandsworth Council and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for what is evidently a serious lack of cleanliness in the pool changing areas. Despite numerous complaints on Google reviews alone, absolutely nothing gets done about the state of the changing room areas which shows that those running the centre do not take complaints or Health and Safety seriously at all. We visit the centre on a weekly basis for swimming lessons and the last two weeks, the smell of urine has been overwhelming. This isn't a new thing but it has been especially bad of late. This week alone, * Baby changing units are cracked and dirty. * Flies! * Soiled sanitary towel left in changing cubicle (whoever left it there, you are disgusting!) * the floor is incredibly dirty and there is sooooo much water where the floor doesn't get mopped up that it makes getting changed near on impossible. * Again, I need to stress how bad the smell or urine is in the changing areas , to the point we were gagging. * hair all over the showers I get that with a lot of daily human traffic, areas are bound to need cleaning often but these areas don't appear to get cleaned at all. I can only comment on the swimming pool areas but dread to think what the food area or other areas/equipment are like. Before taking out memberships, I would strongly urge people to ask for a tour of the centre to judge for yourself. Health and Safety /cleanliness is not something you should compromise on. It is expected when you pay your membership fees.

  So this was my first time going to the gym here & the woman at the front desk was no help what so ever & walked off halfway through helping me, then a man came in & was very helpful told me everything I needed to know & where to get changed

  The centre has good facilities, and the staff are friendly. However, the pool area has a severe fly infestation problem with the showers and its plumbing system. On my visit, staff were using copious amounts of fly spray (this is a regular occurrence,) causing people to cough. This is a serious issue that needs fixing.
