  Came in to pick up my NHS prescription but the pharmacy could not find it in their system. I had to request an emergency prescription through NHS 111 and book a GP appointment. The doctor was also confused and eventually texted me the prescription barcode. I returned to the pharmacy with the barcode and this time they were able to dispense the medication. However, the prescription was supposed to be for two months, and I later discovered that I was given about two weeks less than expected.

  I always forget just how slow and rude they are, get distracted by the fact that I can do the shopping at the same time, go and end up having to go to another farmacy anyway due to pure incompetence on their part.... I wish they'd just close it already with this awfull rating, or at least send a new team lead in to fix the real problem : the staff

  AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Mamma mia, what a joke. This young female rolling her eyes each time was ask for advice… no, I won’t be going into details. Save yourself time, dignity and nerves. Awful service!
