Service is very slow. Seem to be all over the place and lost most of the time. The pharmacist is useless and doesn't know anything about medicines and their uses. Would avoid at all costs!

One of the worst experience in my life: I was going to ask the pharmacist a private question, he said wait. I waited and waited and waited. Do you know what he was doing?: FILLING THE SELVES (customer assistance's job. I gave up and went to the Boots.

Horrible customer service over the phone. Not the kind that I expect from Pharmacists, especially not at Tesco.
