  Terrible and pathetic staff, extremely unprofessional and rude! Wasted my time and energy going to this pharmacy. They were questioning me why am I getting my medication. You are not doctors so stop acting like one. I already got prescription from GP and don't need questioning me about it any further. I felt like I am at the police station. Awful. Never going back to a Tesco Pharmacy.

  I was served today by not 1 but 3 members of rude unhelpful staff . I asked for something to help me sleep as my husband has started working nights , got challenged on my need for said purpose by one lady who then decided she wanted back up .. to be told by a second & rude man that because I’d used the one a night tablets before I couldn’t have them again .. I had to smile as I showed them my purchase receipt on my phone from 19 days previous and although I brought a £3.50 small pack apparently I need help ! That’s too many if if taking stated dose lol ! I contacted my doctor who gave me some phenergan which I initially asked for but the previous chemist at the same counter said we don’t sell that take these one a night ones instead.. you couldn’t make that up ! Very snotty over ego inflated unpleasant rude slightly egotistical staff . Will never go there again .

  My experience here has been good, and all but 1 staff member is super friendly, smiley and very helpful. I really love the staff here & have somewhat built a relationship with some of them now. I have collected medication here, sought advice for various issues, had my blood pressure taken etc & all of these processes are usually very smooth. Sometimes, there can be a bit of a wait depending on what service you’re after, but that’s not entirely in their control. I left one star off because they sometimes forget to text me that my medication is available, but as someone who collects medication at least twice a month, this is usually a rare occurrence. I would recommend this pharmacy for the overall service & the staff.
