  The most abysmal pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of entering. The attitude was appalling, the condescension almost theatrical, and the sheer audacity of the staff frankly beggared belief. A truly dreadful establishment.

  I went to this pharmacy because it was open till 9pm and when I went it was 830pm, I came to this pharmacy because I had to get the medicine urgently and this one was the only one open locally at this time ! but when I came to the counter , I saw a miserable face that walked away inside and face impression said she did not want to see anyone, she eventually came to the counter ! I gave her the prescription and she went, saw it and said I have to come back in 5-10mins , I told here kindly it is okay I can wait here(I did not want to wonder off for nothing just becuase she told me to), she then repeated few times " you have to come back in 5-10 mins time "!( is waiting not allowed??!!) I reinstated that I am happy to wait 5-10 mins & she eventually got the message! so as I am waiting she had some miserable face and I had this unwelcoming feeling being there! she also had some screw face on whole time! but the other staff that got the medicine to me was professional but this is still a shame on overall customer service by tesco pharmacy staff and definitely recommend to the manager that staff should do upskilling on Customer service! because this is poor service overall !
