Prescription was approved by GP on Friday and I receive a message on Saturday to say my prescription is ready to collect. Not all items were ready by Monday and was informed they only ordered the missing item on that morning? If the prescription was sent to them in Friday surely they should check they have all items before sending the message and if not, order the item before sending the message and before I arrive saying they just ordered it. Appalling service.

Unbelievably unprofessional, I went with my daughter for her second MenB vaccination, booked through the NHS and was greeted by the most gormless shoulder shrug and a ‘yeah the guy hasn’t turned up and anyway we don’t have any vaccines left’. When I asked why this wasn’t cancelled again a shrug and a ‘we can only cancel it if you’ve booked it via Tesco’s’. So now my daughter is due to go to uni not having had her full course of treatment. When I asked whom u could complain to again the shoulder shrug, and a ‘you can come in tomorrow and see if the manager is in’. Honestly, avoid avoid avoid!

Sometimes good service, sometimes not. They can be so nice and then they treat you like they've never met you even though you're a regular.

Lovely people very professional. I'm not the easiest person to deal with but they were excellent. Highly recommended.
