  My daughter is on her way to hospital to be induced 4 weeks early and went into the pharmacy to get some premature nappies that Tesco is 'apparently giving away free'. The pharmacy assistant refused to give her any stating that she needed to see her 'RED BOOK' !!! She is 36 weeks pregnant so there is evidence that they are required. She said that my daughter needed to come back when the Pharmacist manager was instore ! My question is how are they working without a pharmacist as I believe this is illegal ? And why are the assistants refusing to do what Tesco is advertising ?

  First I couldn't anyone to assist me on the first 5 min as the 2 pharmacists were busy talking. Then they let me wait another 10 min to get my antibiotics ready.

  Please avoid this place if you can , I switched over due to shortages in my medication and they seemed to have a better supply however I will be looking elsewhere . There is one particular member of staff who always talks me like I’m the idiot child she rushed she never had. I didn’t think anything of it at first but it’s recurring . I was told I couldn’t get my medication because I came to late and the pharmacy was still open. I requested it in plenty of time from my gp I asked if I there were any options maybe going somewhere else as I have to take it early tomorrow morning but she she kept saying she text me and she shouted at me to just walk away . I walked away in tears and I’m Not easily upset but this was incredibly unprofessional
