  First I couldn't anyone to assist me on the first 5 min as the 2 pharmacists were busy talking. Then they let me wait another 10 min to get my antibiotics ready.

  Please avoid this place if you can , I switched over due to shortages in my medication and they seemed to have a better supply however I will be looking elsewhere . There is one particular member of staff who always talks me like I’m the idiot child she rushed she never had. I didn’t think anything of it at first but it’s recurring . I was told I couldn’t get my medication because I came to late and the pharmacy was still open. I requested it in plenty of time from my gp I asked if I there were any options maybe going somewhere else as I have to take it early tomorrow morning but she she kept saying she text me and she shouted at me to just walk away . I walked away in tears and I’m Not easily upset but this was incredibly unprofessional

  I have been to many pharmacies over the years, this is by far the worst. I’ve been on two occasions, the first I had to wait 20 minutes for my prescription, and the second I waited 40 minutes for them to then tell me they didn’t have the medication available. I understand busy periods happen, but other pharmacies seem to manage much better.

  This is the worst pharmacy as items are always out of stock and staff are rude. My partner is registered with an online pharmacy but when the GP prescribes one-off medicine, the locum GPs are obsessed with automatically sending the prescriptions here for pick up. Then we go there, the item is out of stock, so we have pick up the paper prescription from here and phone around for stock, before traveling to another pharmacy. On the most recent occasion, the pharmacist was really rude saying the item is out of stock and didn't offer to order it. They said they still had a backlog from yesterday to process! Why tell customers that, as how is that my problem? This place seems to be chaotic and badly run. I would never return here. I asked my partner to register with a local pharmacy so that we never need to return here.
