DREADFUL pharmacy — avoid if you can! The service here is consistently poor. Prescription requests take an absurdly long time to process, and on top of that, some members of staff are exceptionally rude and unpleasant. I have experienced behaviour from one member of staff in particular that was loud, aggressive and completely lacking in basic courtesy. Being spoken to in that manner as a customer is unacceptable. Pharmacies deal with people who may already be unwell or stressed, so the absolute minimum you should expect is efficiency, professionalism and basic respect. Unfortunately, this pharmacy seems to fall short on all three. I certainly won’t be using them again and will happily take my prescriptions elsewhere. There are plenty of pharmacies where customers are treated with far more courtesy and respect.

My daughter is on her way to hospital to be induced 4 weeks early and went into the pharmacy to get some premature nappies that Tesco is 'apparently giving away free'. The pharmacy assistant refused to give her any stating that she needed to see her 'RED BOOK' !!! She is 36 weeks pregnant so there is evidence that they are required. She said that my daughter needed to come back when the Pharmacist manager was instore ! My question is how are they working without a pharmacist as I believe this is illegal ? And why are the assistants refusing to do what Tesco is advertising ?
