  The space is very small indeed and a few things aren’t perfect, but to me all the amazing energy and the drive make up for it! Kendra is absolutely incredible!! ❤️staff is also very welcoming and friendly

  Nicest team and best classes in London. I ride in NYC and SF regularly and nothing compares to the London studio. ❤️ I started here as a beginner 2 years ago. I love it as much now as I did when I had no idea what I was doing! So inclusive, kind, and FUN.

  Very poor experience, and one that left me feeling shaken and uncomfortable from start to finish. A staff member saw me putting on my shoes just outside the studio door but shut the door rather than letting me in, then allowed several others in immediately afterwards. When I asked why, I wasn’t given a clear explanation, which left me feeling singled out. The class itself was a waste of time — the resistance dial on my bike didn’t work, so I spent the entire 45 minutes without any resistance despite trying to get the instructor’s attention multiple times. When I raised this afterwards with the manager, the response was dismissive, disrespectful and defensive rather than helpful. The instructor approached me, unprompted, and said I was being “rude,” before quickly changing her tone to say she “just wanted to check I was ok,” which was both shocking and unprofessional. Overall, I left feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. I cannot ignore the possibility that bias may have influenced how I was treated. The facilities also fall short of the “high-end” standard advertised — cramped changing areas and crowded, smelly showers. Never experienced anything like this. I won’t be returning.
