- MEMina Emami2 days ago1.0Unpleasant and patronising member of staff wearing red glasses “greeting” people at the door of the class. Forced me to go all the way back up to put my phone back (which I explained I just had on me but wasn’t planning to take photos or anything), this policy is supposedly to “prevent distractions” in class and yet people walked in late into the class, started moving around and changing bikes during the class. Either apply nonsense policies consistently or don’t ruin my mood before the class has even started. Something I’ve paid a considerable amount of money for. It’s a spin class, I’m not enrolling for the military. It’s not that deep. It should be fun, I should not be getting told off for nonsense. My locker didn’t open and they had to come open my locker so I can put my phone in there, wasted more time doing this. Also if it’s a hip-hop themed class then play real hip-hop. The Notting Hill branch is nicer or avoid Soul and just go to Psycle.
- SCSophie CooganAug 26, 20264.0I returned to the studio on the 2 weeks unlimited offer after a dreadful experience a week while ago and it has completely changed my opinion! The front of house were lovely and studio clean. The instructors have been bang on beat, given great instructions and just give general good vibes. The lockers are still an issue, there just aren’t enough for a full class (which is why 4* not 5*). Will return regularly I think.
