Health Clinic
From 27 November 2021, booked face-to-face and virtual appointments will be available for patients (registered and unregistered) in all North West London boroughs. Appointments can be booked via a referral from NHS 111 or via self-referral by telephoning the clinic on 020 7534 6500. The booked service will treat patients with minor illness.
