  The pool has such a nice children friendly area but today the changing area was aweful. It smelled strongly of urine everywhere, a baby changing station was full of faeces… the overall hygiene was really not acceptable… a real shame and made what was supposed to be my first time back in the pool with my 3 month old a very stressful and distressing moment.

  Reasonably clean, although nowhere near as clean as many other pools. If you have a bad back & therefore need the slow lane to walk in (correct height of water for core strength) forget it they might tell you to use the very shallow lanes or 'Just Swim' where you'll never get to use the correct lane as the schools use that lane. Perhaps therefore they'll need to review this policy as this is the only pool around that I know implements this. Not great if you're trying to get better & help the NHS bring numbers down!!

  For the money that you pay this is a great gym, swimming pool and a sauna. Yes could be more modern in the spinning room changing rooms and the pool itself but the gym has just undergone a full refurb and now has a fresh look with brand new equipment! People are mostly friendly and the staff are lovely and always happy to help!

  Today I was planning on using my free school meals membership in order to access latchmere gym however an African British male stopped me from entering the gym and he explained that for our membership we couldn't enter the gym past 5:00 even though it was 4:50 pm and throughout our whole conversation he spoke to us in a rude tone which we could tell was carried on from an earlier experience and it looked like he was taking it out on us. When we wanted to ask more questions to him it looked like he got fed up of us and instead of explaining it like a normal employee would or at least telling us to leave politely all he said is leave in a rude tone repeatedly without giving any further explanation and it wasn't just us it looked like he was being rude to every customer he talked to. For example man in his 20s booked a session here and the employee told him angrily to that he has to wait til 5 for the session and the customer was obviously frustrated as that wasn’t mentioned on his website but instead of apologising the employee kept his bad attitude. OVERALL- you need to teach this employee some manners please Also this employee worked at around 4:50 on friday the 22 of may please talk to him regarding his behaviour otherwise will have to file a complaint
