  Came today and was served by a staff member named Ellie, she was very welcoming and made my experience a whole. She was very kind and helpful with everything I asked for and went through the lenses in detail for me! Amazing staff for the team! Well done 👏🏽

  I visited the store last weekend and just wanted to give a special mention to a lovely young Persian lady named Ellie. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she genuinely made me feel comfortable asking questions and taking my time. I originally only popped in for a browse, but thanks to Ellie’s amazing customer service, I ended up leaving with two pairs! She really went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Thank you, Ellie, for your kindness, patience, and wonderful service. You’re a real credit to the team!

  The service I received from Clinton and Madiha regarding my prescription glasses was really great; they were both attentive to my needs, which left me completely satisfied. For the first time, I finally found a pair of glasses that suited my taste so yes, the service was top-notch.

  I had such a lovely experience at Harrods Opticians, and I have to give a special thank you to Ellia, who was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, Ellia was so welcoming, friendly and genuinely understanding of what I was looking for. She took the time to listen to what I liked and, rather than simply showing me the obvious choices, she really went out of her way to find different options that she thought I would love. What stood out most was how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout the whole experience. She clearly cared about helping me find something that suited me, and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Ellia made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable, and her lovely attitude made such a difference. Thank you, Ellia, for going above and beyond — you were a pleasure to deal with! I would definitely recommend Harrods Opticians and will happily return. ✨

  I honestly couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I received from Esme in the Opticians Department at Harrods. I had a problem with the bridge of my sunglasses and took them in this morning, not really knowing how easily or quickly the issue could be resolved. Esme was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, professional and genuinely keen to help. To my delight, I was able to collect my sunglasses just a short while later, completely repaired and looking as good as new. What really stood out was the exceptional level of care and attention Esme gave me. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The speed of the service was also incredible. It’s not often you come across such genuinely outstanding customer service, and Esme is a real credit to Harrods. I left feeling extremely well looked after and very impressed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Esme and the Harrods Opticians team. Thank you so much, Esme, for such wonderful service!
