  I had a very nice experience at Harrods opticians, they were very welcoming, made me feel very comfortable and well looked after, they were very thorough and patient during the process of choosing spectacles and the eye examination was very thorough and the whole experience was very comfortable. The opticians department is very clean and they have a nice selection of glasses. Special shoutout to Madiha and Andrea who helped me.

  My experience at this opticians has always been great. My optician Madiha has always been super helpful with helping learn more about my eyes and how to best protect them. One of the staff Tolga is always very talkative and friendly which has helped me feel reassured with my purchases. Another member of the staff Laura has always been very informative and supportive with helping me make the right choice for what glasses to get, recently she helped me decide upon how to spec new sunglasses to ensure they look the best and protect me the most. Overall it has been great coming here for 7-8 years

  Laura provided an outstanding experience at Harrods. She was professional, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire interaction. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable and memorable. She took the time to understand my needs and offered great assistance with patience and professionalism. Laura is a true asset to the Harrods team, and I would highly recommend her service to anyone visiting the store

  I have been using the Harrods Opticians for about 4 years now and I’m actually wondering why I never came here years before now! Recommended by an older friend who wanted me to pick up his glasses, they have become my “go to opticians” and by extension, that of my wife, children, nieces and nephews, older sister and younger cousins! Absolutely awesome service. Extremely caring and highly professional. I’m sure both Laura and Anika must have been created just for my immediate family and I! They are both angels!!!

  I went in on a weekday to seek some help finding a glasses frame; however, I was not acknowledged by the staff, even though there were no other customers on the shop floor. They were all busy chatting away, and the older gentleman there was very rude — he looked at you but did not speak. I went in again, and another gentleman was very sweet, offering full help and honest feedback on whether the glasses frame suited me or not.
