  I recently joined the Harbour Club Chelsea and had the pleasure of speaking with Delora during the process. From the very first phone call, her customer service was absolutely outstanding. Delora was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made me feel genuinely valued rather than rushed. Her enthusiasm for the club was clear, and she explained the membership options, facilities, and benefits in a way that was both informative and welcoming. What stood out most was how attentive and patient she was throughout the conversation. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and provided tailored advice that helped me make the right decision. It’s rare to receive such a high level of customer care these days, and Delora truly exceeded my expectations. She made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free, leaving me excited to become a member.   We love the club – everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Zuhra, who showed me around Harbour Club, was incredibly helpful and lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour with her and was very impressed by this wonderful club from the very beginning. The crèche team is absolutely amazing and does a fantastic job. My daughter enjoys staying there. The Reformer Pilates instructors, Barry, Tunde, Dawn, and Jane, have been wonderful in helping me recover from my ACL injury. Their support, encouragement, and expertise have made a real difference to my rehabilitation journey. Ciara our beautiful ballet teacher is the most patient teacher and my girls enjoy their Friday afternoon with her lessons. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a positive and supportive environment. We are delighted to be members here.

  I recently visited Chelsea Harbour Club and had a really positive experience overall. The club itself is impressive - clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, high-quality atmosphere throughout. What stood out most was the service. Duncan, one of the staff members, was particularly helpful. He kindly showed me around the facilities and took the time to explain everything in a clear and friendly way, which made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worthy of five stars, especially thanks to Duncan’s excellent assistance during the visit.

  I had a fantastic experience at Chelsea Harbour Club. From the moment I arrived, everything felt well organised, welcoming, and relaxed, with a real sense of quality throughout the facilities. A special mention has to go to Duncan, who was an excellent member of staff. He took the time to show me around properly, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable and informed about all the amenities. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and made the visit feel personal rather than rushed. The club itself is immaculate, with great attention to detail in every area. Whether you’re there to train, unwind, or simply explore the facilities, it’s a place that genuinely delivers a premium experience. Overall, a five-star visit-made even better thanks to Duncan’s outstanding service.

  I had a club tour booked today with Zuhra at the Harbour Club in Chelsea and was absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism here amongst the staff. I was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival into the club and had a very informative and detailed viewing of the club with Zuhra. She showed me all areas of the club and was extremely knowledgeable about everything the club has to offer. To know that the team here also use the facilities is amazing, as I truly believe you should practice what you preach and the team here at Chelsea absolutely do that. There is something for the whole family here and being able to spend the whole day working from home and using the facilities for my children and I is perfect for us. Well worth every penny for membership.
