  Harbour Club is outstanding — the facilities are among the best in London; the members are a great community; and the HC team is absolutely amazing (they truly enhance the member experience). The added benefit of having access to all David Lloyd’s clubs in Europe is an added benefit of a Harbour Club membership. If considering joining, strongly recommend speaking with Zuhra, who is a fantastic member of their sales team.

  Duncan was fantastic during our tour of Harbour Club. He took his time showing us all of the facilities and made sure we saw every part of the club. He answered all of our questions clearly, explained the membership options in a really helpful way, and kept great communication throughout the moment we decided to join. He was pleasant, polite and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Harbour Club has so much to offer. All the classes you could want, a brilliant gym, and a lovely sauna. We are really pleased with the whole experience!

  I went to the Harbour Club in Chelsea as a guest of a member who goes there. I have worked at a luxury health clinic and spa and have attended quite a few before. I was VERY excited to come as I am postnatal, and can say that it was great. I did a very light workout, and the staff were very friendly. The place was super clean. We then went to the spa and wow, it was just sooo relaxing; I didn't want to leave. The jacuzzi is just so nice; my friend reads her Kindle in there, which is nice. I just relaxed, and then the steam room and sauna were so lovely. There is an aroma room, which I had never been to before, and it was really nice. The smells were strong and calming in there, so deffo recommend, and it's not too hot. The swimming was nice and I went into the one in the spa area, which is a nice temperature. I don't swim much, but it was quiet enough to be able to splash about in one lane. One of my favourites was the HOT BEDS; these are just ridiculously relaxing. After the spa we had a shower and then lay on the hot beds. Everything was great and I felt so comfortable.

  I had such a great experience at Harbour Club, and a huge thank you to Delora for making it so easy! Delora gave me a tour of the club and was absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and she took the time to show me everything and answer all my questions. I was so impressed that I ended up signing up the same day. I'm impressed with the club already. The facilities are fantastic, the atmosphere is great, and Delora made such a brilliant first impression. She is a real credit to the team and made the whole experience feel personal and took the time to understand what I am looking for. Couldn’t recommend the Harbour Club enough, and especially Delora.

  I visited David Lloyd Harbour Club Chelsea today and had such a lovely experience, largely thanks to Zuhra. She was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived and made me feel completely at ease throughout the visit. Zuhra was genuinely a pleasure to speak to - friendly, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave me a great feel for what life at the club would actually be like, rather than simply taking me around and listing the facilities. She was happy to answer all my questions and took the time to understand what I was looking for. The club itself is beautiful and has such a great atmosphere, but it was the level of service that really stood out to me. Zuhra is a fantastic representative of the club and clearly takes a lot of pride in what she does. Thank you so much, Zuhra, for making my visit such a positive one. You’ve definitely left me with a very good impression of Harbour Club Chelsea!
