I cannot speak highly enough of Ferda at David Lloyd Notting hill. She is absolutely amazing!
Her customer service is truly exceptional. She is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to help every single customer who comes into the club. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble for her, and she always makes people feel valued and looked after.
Ferda is such an important part of David Lloyd Notting hill, and the club simply wouldn’t run as effectively without all of her hard work, dedication, and positive energy.
Thank you so much, Ferda, for everything you do. Your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service do not go unnoticed. David Lloyd Notting hill is very lucky to have you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bad customer service. No replies to emails or picking up the phone. I have been a member for more than four years and I was left disappointed. I believe this change happened from when it turned from Harbour Club to David Lloyd

Very disappointing experience for a Tier 1 club.
I visited David Lloyd Notting Hill today and had to interrupt a member of the reception team, Kia, who was standing chatting to someone about their evening plans. I had been waiting for several minutes and simply needed to ask for a towel, as there were none available at reception.
Rather than acknowledging the request professionally, she appeared visibly annoyed that I had interrupted her conversation, responded sharply, with a condescending response, and then proceeded to smirk and make fun of the situation. Her rudeness was shocking.
I’m a new member and honestly expect a considerably higher standard of customer service from a Tier 1 David Lloyd club. Having a member of staff make you feel like an inconvenience for asking for a towel is hardly a great first impression, especially as I’m paying £274 a month for that privilege which includes towels not rudeness.
For the price of membership, the level of professionalism should be considerably higher and clearly DL needs additional training for their front of house staff.

I honestly can’t recommend Ryan highly enough as a personal trainer at David Lloyd.
I’m going to be 62 in October, and when I look at how far I’ve come since training with Ryan, I’m genuinely so pleased with myself. I’m stronger, fitter and have so much more stamina than I had before. I’ve also finally managed to get rid of that stubborn fat I’d been trying to shift for years!
Ryan is brilliant at what he does. He really knows his stuff and has such a great understanding of the body, fitness and nutrition. He doesn’t just put you through a workout — he explains things, understands what your body needs and makes sure you’re training in the right way.
He has helped me feel stronger and more confident in myself, and I feel like I’m in a much better place with my health and fitness as I approach 62. That means a lot to me.
If you’re thinking about getting a personal trainer, I would genuinely recommend Ryan. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging and really cares about helping you achieve results. I’m so glad I decided to train with him! ❤️
