  I’ve been coming to the spa at David Lloyd Kidbrooke for a while now, and it’s genuinely one of the reasons I keep coming back. It’s always clean, peaceful, and has a really relaxing atmosphere. After a busy day or a tough workout, it’s the perfect place to switch off. One thing I’ve noticed is how much of a difference the staff make. Ali is always there with a smile, happy to have a quick chat, and he has such a calm, welcoming aura that it actually adds to the whole experience. It might seem like a small thing, but being greeted by someone who’s genuinely friendly makes the spa feel even more relaxing. You can tell he cares about the members and takes pride in what he does. Couldn’t recommend the spa enough. It’s the little things like that which make it stand out.

  I had a fantastic experience using the spa facilities at David Lloyd Kidbrooke. The spa is always clean, relaxing, and well maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind. A special thank you to Ali, whose professionalism and friendliness really stood out. He went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, regularly checking that people were comfortable and had everything they needed. During the recent heatwave, he was especially attentive, making sure everyone was okay and coping with the high temperatures. His positive attitude and genuine care for members really lifted my mood and made the experience even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this makes a real difference.
