  The personal training at The Gym is wonderful. I found Tom Sergeant to be patient, enthusiastic and a dedicated personal trainer. The spa at the gym is very good. It can get busy at certain times. I like to make use of the other facilities, especially the workspace and the restaurant which has really good food.

  Natasha runs the best Blaze classes, hands down. She's brilliant at keeping you locked into your heart rate zones throughout, so you always know exactly where you should be and how hard to push. She's constantly calling people out by name with genuine, positive shoutouts, which makes the whole room feel seen and motivated. She's so inclusive, no matter your fitness level, you feel like you belong in that room. And on top of all that, she's just so much fun, her classes by! :)

  It was our first time visiting David Lloyd Kidbrooke yesterday, and we had a great experience from the moment we arrived. JP on reception was exceptional. He was welcoming, helpful and professional, and took the time to show us around the club and make sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. His friendly warm approach and excellent customer service made a really positive first impression. JP is a real credit to the organisation and a great example of what excellent customer service should look like. Thank you for making our first visit such an enjoyable one. We look forward to coming back!

  Had such a lovely experience with Jason! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful from start to finish. He made everything feel so easy and comfortable, and was happy to answer all my questions. Really appreciated his positive attitude and great customer service. Would definitely recommend Jason to anyone visiting the club!

  Absolutely brilliant experience at David Lloyd Kidbrooke. The facilities are excellent, the atmosphere is great and there’s a really good range of classes and things to do. A special shout out to Jason, who has been an absolute star. He’s incredibly friendly, professional and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is sorted. You can tell he genuinely cares about the members and takes pride in what he does. Jason is a real credit to David Lloyd and honestly makes the whole experience even better. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he always makes you feel welcome. Keep up the great work Jason! 👏🏽🔥
