  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein wirklich großartiger Club – ich bin absolut begeistert! Schon beim Reinkommen merkt man, dass hier sehr viel Wert auf Qualität, Sauberkeit und eine angenehme Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Alles ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders toll finde ich das Schwimmbad. Das Becken ist hervorragend und es gibt verschiedenes Zubehör von Speedo, mit dem man Kraultechnik üben und unterschiedliche Schwimmarten beziehungsweise Trainingsformen ausprobieren kann. Das macht richtig Spaß und ist viel mehr als einfach nur ein normales Schwimmbecken. Auch die Umkleiden und Duschen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Selbst die kleinen Dinge stimmen: gute Seife, ordentliche Ausstattung und insgesamt einfach ein sehr hochwertiger Eindruck. Was ich außerdem richtig praktisch finde: Man kann hier sogar sein Handy laden. Genau solche Details machen den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Das Personal ist ebenfalls super – freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und professionell. Insgesamt stimmt hier einfach alles: Training, Schwimmen, Entspannung, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Service. Für mich wirklich ein besonderer Ort und einer der schönsten Clubs, die ich bisher besucht habe. Alles toll, toll, toll. Ich habe mich hier rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I haven’t actually joined David Lloyd Fulham yet, but I really wanted to leave a review for Alex because the service I’ve received from him throughout my enquiries has been exceptional. I’ve had quite a few questions while trying to decide which gym would be the right fit for me, and Alex has honestly had the patience of a saint! He has never made me feel rushed, pressured or as though I was asking too many questions. Every time I’ve contacted him, he’s taken the time to explain things properly, answer my questions and help me understand the different membership options and facilities available. What I’ve appreciated most is that I haven’t felt like I’m simply being pushed into signing a membership. Alex has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I’m planning to join towards the end of September, and a big part of me feeling confident in choosing David Lloyd Fulham has been the customer service I’ve received from Alex before I’ve even become a member. Excellent customer service deserves to be recognised, so thank you, Alex, for being so incredibly patient and helpful. Five stars very well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had an exceptional experience at David Lloyd, and Yasmin deserves particular recognition for the fantastic tour she gave me. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely personable. She took the time to show me around the facilities thoroughly, explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions without ever making the experience feel rushed or overly sales-focused. I had been considering several other gyms and health clubs, but Yasmin’s approach was genuinely the deciding factor for me. She created such a strong first impression of both the club and the level of service I could expect that I decided to sign up immediately after the tour rather than pursue the other options I had been considering. Yasmin is an absolute credit to David Lloyd and represents the club exceptionally well. Outstanding customer service from start to finish and undoubtedly a 5-star experience.
