They were amazing, but I lost a pair, so went into the Wimbledon branch to replace and they were amazing, attentive, listened to what I wanted and dealt with everything super efficiently, both Hemma and her manager, I felt were just brilliant. Just yesterday I called the store and spoke to Michelle, again the same amazing service over the phone, I highly recommend both this store and Kingston Branch. Definitely, I will be getting my next glasses from them!
