Ioanna was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.She explained the reasons for all the tests.. all very thoroughly completed with excellent recommendations for dry eye therapy and eyedrops. Her colleague Warley assisted me in selecting two new pairs of glass frames by Chanel. He knows which shapes suit a particular face.... Both Ioanna and Warley were amazing, friendly and patient! The gentleman who answered my call (Worlee/Worley) was very rude, direct and ultimately unhelpful in finding me a time to be seen. This has left me disappointed considering how highly my family friend had spoken of the place.

Vina is the best optometrist and looks after my eyes with the upmost care and attention. Warley is my style guru!!! He ensures my face is dressed superbly with glasses that suit me and are fabulous. It’s a pleasure to choose glasses with him. Both Vina and Worley also ensure my teenage daughter who has complex eye issues enjoys her appointment and finds glasses that suit her and she is comfortable in which is so important. Thank you!
