- CLCallum Lane2 days ago1.0Just a strange place to get anything done with. - First visit, they (weirdly aggressively) told me I needed to have brought contact lenses to my contact lens fitting appointment - I’m doing a fitting because I don’t have any contact lenses? - Second visit, I have ordered trial contact lenses but they’ve lost them. Sat for 10 minutes while they searched. At multiple points, the staff tried to imply I had gotten my name wrong and that I provide some other name that the contacts must be under. - Then, when I went to call and order contact lenses after my trial they said they’d send me a payment link. It didn’t come. When I followed it up a few hours later they hung up on me. Still no payment link. One was just sent to me 3 days later, reminding me to post this review. I’ve ordered contacts and had them delivered from another optometrist already for 30gbp cheaper - a relief to not have to deal with this store again.
