  We purchased a pair of prescription glasses from this optician about 9 months ago. Then my daughter’s glasses were stolen and we had to re-order them. The shop assistant was very helpful both in looking for the cheapest like-for-like replacement and a fast way of getting the glasses (my daughter doesn’t have a second pair)

  I went in for a small glasses repair and wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived and was waiting at the till. After waiting a while, I was told they don’t repair glasses unless they were purchased there. I understand this may be their policy, but it wasn’t clear upfront and there was no guidance offered. I then went to another optician nearby who fixed them quickly and kindly free of charge.
