  Sehr unfreundlich, Unk kompetent und möchten, um bei einer Brille eine Schraube feste drehen. 15 £ für eine Sache, die keine 5 Sekunden dauert. So eine Unverschämtheit hab ich noch nie erlebt.

  Highly recommend! Neha was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to listen and explain things to me after I sustained an eye injury. I felt really safe with her and I felt like she took extra time to make sure I had all my questions answered. The whole team was polite from entry to exit and the store was nice and tidy.

  My wife and I walked in to the shop just to have a quick look and within an hour brought two pairs of glasses. Why? Because we were impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Nikita. She was very helpful and friendly right from beginning to the end. She never rushed us and gave us time to look at the frames. Nikita also explained the offers and the advantages for choosing the best available lens. The optometrist was also very experienced which gave my wife assurance. The store also has good selection of good quality and different brands. As a premium branded optician, you expect good customer services and on this occasion, Nikita exceeded my expectations.

  Absolutely awful service. I would never recommend this optician to anyone. We came three times, and the whole experience was a complete nightmare. We were repeatedly given 30–40 minute appointments for contact lens training, but that time was clearly not enough. During one appointment, one doctor could not even manage to get the lens in properly for my child. We were then told to come back the very next day. At the next appointment, another doctor explained things much better, but again 30 minutes was not enough, and yet another appointment was needed. What exactly were we supposed to do — keep coming back for months just to get contact lenses? In the end, we gave up on the lenses altogether because the whole process was so badly managed. Then the same chaos continued with the glasses. I ordered two expensive pairs of glasses for my child, and even that turned into a problem. They delay everything, cancel appointments, waste your time, fail to communicate properly, and make every simple step unnecessarily difficult. The whole service is disorganised, frustrating and unbelievably inefficient. One of the female reception staff was especially rude and unpleasant. If you want to waste your time, money and patience, go here. Otherwise, stay away.
