- PWPam WigginsAug 5, 20265.0It was my first visit to this opticians and I was very impressed. All the staff were kind, helpful and patient and gave me time to make choices. There is a great range of frames for glasses and sun glasses with offers to obtain other styles and sizes if not in store.
- AJAnthony JewittAug 4, 20261.0I bought two pairs of glasses for nearly two thousand pounds including the best lenses they do. One pair of glasses by Lindberg cost £1200. After a few weeks of wearing the arm slip came off revealing spiky titanium which was scratchy. I took them back to David Clulow who placed a generic plastic slip on that lasted a couple of weeks as it was so loose. Recently went to a new optician who said he liked my glasses and I explained I don’t wear them as they scratch and had done from virtually the time of buying them. He went onto explain that Lindberg offer amazing guarantees and David clulow could easily have fixed my glasses, if they’d been bothered. So I’d say it’s pretty awful service. I won’t go back.
