  I had accidentally damaged my glasses after sleeping on them, but Priyan did a great job fixing them. He was helpful, professional, and efficient, and I really appreciate his service. My glasses are back in good shape, and I’m very happy with the result. Highly recommend Priyan for his excellent service!

  I walked in knowing what frames I wanted (and a captive customer as only Clulow seems to have them in stores), ready to get an eye test and buy the glasses. Sales guy plus terrible procedure put me off entirely, and the prescription given was wrong and caused pain. The sales person casually made a sexist comment in the first 30 seconds, had to go through the quote process three times (poor process, not his fault), the price kept going up and he couldn’t tell me why, and when I would ask what other options were available for lens brands and treatments he told me nobody else wants the other options so I shouldn’t either. I was willing to pay if they were worth it, but he couldn’t explain the benefits of the hundreds of pounds of extras I apparently needed and became frustrated with me for asking instead. I left with prescription only at this point and had glasses made with it elsewhere. They caused me significant discomfort. Had to go to another optician who confirmed David Clulow had over-minused me. I have now had them done at SpecSavers with no issues and would highly recommend anyone else do the same.

  Kim was excellent After a few years of service that has not been up to DC standards - so happy to report on a recent visit that Kim totally changed our opinion and we are happy to back using DC Ealing

  Had my eye test at David Clulow today and had a brilliant experience. Kiran was absolutely amazing — so friendly, professional and helpful throughout. She made the whole appointment feel relaxed and took the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent service and I’d definitely recommend!

  I had an excellent experience with Kiran from Ealing Broadway branch, and was particularly impressed by how thorough and attentive she was. There was a slight misalignment with the contact lens in my left eye, and we weren’t initially sure whether it was related to my eye or the lens itself. Rather than simply leaving it there, Kiran took the time to carry out another test specifically to find out what was causing it. I really appreciated her patience and attention to detail. She has also been incredibly thoughtful when arranging my contact lens supplies and trial lenses, taking my needs and travel schedule into consideration when ordering them. Kiran is professional, thorough and genuinely caring. I feel very well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
