I now have everything I need finally for the first time and this is thanks to them. I’ve been so happy with their friendliness, professionalism, and they seriously care about your eye health and needs as a customer. I won’t be going anywhere else for as long as I live in London! Gary my optometrist and Nicola the store manager as well as Amz in sales has made my optician experience top quality. They take initiative and are so knowledgable that they are able to curiously ask me questions I didn’t even know mattered to improve my life with contacts and glasses. Nothing is too much for them. Highly recommended! Thank you so much :)

I was completely lost without them, but the team here completely turned my day around. NICOLA and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful, and extremely competent. Instead of making me wait days, they solved my problem on the spot. They quickly and precisely recut my existing lenses and fitted them into a beautiful new frame from their selection. Honestly, the new glasses fit even better than my old ones! They literally saved my vacation. If you need any optical help in London, do not hesitate to come here.
