- CSCristina StroeAug 28, 20261.0I needed help with my glasses because I had a broken nose pad and some scratches, they let me wait for like 20 minutes, then told me to leave and that they will call me to let me know if they have them in stock I called at the end of the day to ask, they still hadn’t checked and said they will call me back, that they can order them online and i should way - never did call back. I waited for two days and then just went to a vision express, they didn’t push me around and actually looked at my glasses, changed both my pads and helped me also change my lenses and they were so much more respectful and responsive. I am baffled by these people just refusing to help when I was obviosuly going to pay for the replacements and I was actually interested in wether maybe my glasses needed changed lenses. Shame you made me wait 2 days with broken glasses I couldn’t wear just to never even try to order those replacements.

I called several times in the days leading up to the date in which I required the glasses requesting updates and not a single call back from their team. I'm sure the glasses in quality would have been fine as I have used a different branch previously but this branch don't seem to be interested in any form of customer support.
