  I cannot express how satisfied I am with the service given from the greeting of the manager and optician herself. The manager went through life style questions and helped with frame styling. He demonstrated to me the benefits of each lens and how it works. Overall, I would always come to this place for my eye test and eyewear. I hope to see him next time as well.

  I recently ordered a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses for nearly £400, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I was initially told the order would take 10 days, but it took almost three weeks with no communication or updates. When the glasses finally arrived, the manager had ordered completely the wrong frames due to an incorrect display label. Although he apologised and reordered them, the replacement arrived with poor finishing. As shown in the photos, the strings securing the lenses were sticking out and could potentially scratch my face. When I returned, the manager simply cut them himself. For nearly £400, I expected premium quality and professional service. Instead, I experienced delays, poor communication, incorrect ordering and disappointing workmanship. Overall, very poor service and certainly not what I expected for the price paid.
