  Hello I had a wonderful experience at the David Clulow Westfield branch. The staff member who assisted me RASHAD was incredibly polite, patient, and professional. He took the time to help me choose the perfect pair of glasses and carefully ensured they suited my face, trying different options without ever making me feel rushed. I’ve been a loyal customer of David Clulow for many years, previously visiting the Ealing Broadway branch. However, since getting to know Rashad, I now exclusively visit this branch. His professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service have truly made a lasting impression on me. I would also like to thank Rashad, the store manager, for his help and support.   Couldn’t even go in because apparently they were on break and we couldn’t even take a look at the frames. Open 12-6pm and that happened at 15.45 They told us we need to wait one hour. So disappointing
