  Huge thanks to the staff for their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine empathy! I came in with an urgent contact lens problem right before work. The staff stepped in immediately, calmly helped me solve the issue, and literally saved my workday. It’s so reassuring to know there are places where people truly care about helping clients instead of just going through the motions. Highly recommend!

  Subpar experience you’d expect from a ‘professional’ eye-care provider. Firstly couldn’t get the fitment of my glasses correct, and then I had issues with a direct debit payment for a contact lens subscription they had set up. Despite the payment being taken, I have been unable to get a refund, and the investigation into this has been unnecessarily slow. There is also minimal communication regarding anything - you’d think they get charged to contact their customers.The level of customer service from a staff at the front was unhelpful and rude with passive aggression. Overall, an incredibly frustrating experience and certainly not the level of customer service anyone would expect from a professional eye-care provider.

  Very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend. Bozena helped me with all my queries, was attentive and made me feel at ease.

  This is my go to place for glasses and top up my concatce lens prescription with eye moisturisers. Superb professional and attentive staff, especially Bozena. She gave me a lot of advice and honest opinion for my frames so I could make the best choice.
