excellent service at Boots hearing centre. Very helpful and knowledgeable practitioner and I am fully confident he did an excellent job in interpreting my hearing results. Would highly recommend this company

If I could give zero, I would.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent hearing assessment, which felt completely rushed and took just under 10 minutes from start to finish. The audiologist seemed intent on getting me out the door as quickly as possible, completely refusing to explain the outcome of my test and giving only vague, dismissive answers when I asked if any hearing loss had been detected. Instead of discussing my results, he immediately handed me a hearing aid leaflet and pushed to book a follow-up appointment without providing any clinical justification, insisting that "everything will be explained next time." Despite my repeated requests to view my report or have it emailed so I could compare it with an assessment from seven years ago, he refused to share the findings and vaguely promised to send it "some other time." To make matters worse, instead of receiving my promised medical report, I was simply sent a link to this feedback survey. Because of this rushed appointment, total lack of transparency, and unprofessional standard of care, I have cancelled the follow-up appointment entirely, as I have no idea what its purpose was or what my test results even showed; I would not recommend Boots Hearingcare to anyone.

I went today to buy water and snack and I went downstairs to pay. After that, I literally went to bring bag in the same area and then my stuff disappeared. I asked a bold gay who works there in the payment area I said where’s my staff I just left them here he said you shouldn’t leave your stuff there and he sound so rude. The stuffs there they are not friendly at all..

Audiologists are ok, nothing remarkable. But, since they remodeled the Hearingcare area it is usually deserted. No one at the front desk, no one apparently in the consultation rooms, no one to give you any information. I'll try not to come to this hearingcare branch anymore.

I would like to make a formal complaint about an unpleasant experience I had at one of your stores.
On 31 July 2026, I purchased a lipstick from your store. I wanted to try the shade before buying it, but there was no tester available. There was only one lipstick left in stock. I was in a hurry because my work break was about to end, and I tried to find a member of staff to help me check if there was another one available. Unfortunately, I could not find anyone to assist me, so I had no choice but to buy the last one and return to work.
When I got home later that day, I discovered that the lipstick had already been opened and appeared to have been used. This was very disappointing.
The next day, 1 August 2026, I returned to the store hoping to exchange it for a new one or receive a refund. However, the staff refused to help me. I was also disappointed by the attitude of the employee who served me, as she was very dismissive and unfriendly, even though the issue was clearly not my fault.
I am extremely upset because I spent my money on a product that had already been opened and used, and I cannot use it. I believe customers should not be sold opened cosmetics, and I expected much better customer service from Boots.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide a suitable resolution, either by replacing the product with a new, unopened one or by issuing a refund.
