However, after paying and returning to collect the glasses, we were told very rudely that only black cases were available. My child was left disappointed, both by the broken promise and the staff's attitude. I would not recommend this shop, especially for parents buying glasses for their children.

Several errors from this branch starting with wrong frames order, wrong prescription for the lenses, and now inability to confirm when my new glasses will be ready despite having received a text message 2 weeks ago saying they were ready. I have formally complained and I have lost my confidence in this brand.

I booked an eye test for my child through the website, as there was no indication during the booking process that eye tests are not offered for children under 4–5 years old. The appointment was accepted and confirmed. However on the day of the appointment, I received a call to cancel it because my child was considered too young to be seen. This age restriction should be clearly stated on the website and within the booking system to prevent parents from making appointments. The current process wastes customers’ time and creates unnecessary inconvenience. Following the cancellation, I was advised to email customer services with my concerns. However, more than a week has passed and I have not received any response.
