Absolutely amazing service from LA. She was incredibly kind, patient and positive throughout the whole process. My father’s glasses had to be remade because the original lenses were not working properly for him, and she handled everything with such professionalism and care. She really took the time to help us and made sure everything was right in the end. We are very happy with the outcome and truly appreciate all her support. Thank you again, LA — we will definitely come back again.

The person who we placed the order with for 5 pairs of glasses was snappy and rude. The optometrist and fitting person were lovely. Please consider customer service training for the sales lady. Edit: The manager got in touch and without going into details the response was positive, hence the review change.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! This has honestly been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. The process started on 16 March and we are now in May. After constant delays, repeated promises of callbacks and updates that never happened, I still have not received my second pair of glasses. I have spent weeks chasing for answers myself, being told multiple times that someone would contact me within 24–48 hours, and then hearing absolutely nothing. At this point, after all the back and forth, I no longer feel confident in the service or even in the overall handling of my prescription and glasses. I have now requested a full refund and will be seeking further advice regarding recovery of costs and formal escalation of the matter. Very disappointing experience overall.

“The staff at Specsavers Kingston-upon-Thames were extremely professional, friendly, and supportive throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the patience and professionalism shown by the staff member who assisted me. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable and well looked after during the appointment. The overall experience was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. I would happily recommend this branch to friends and family.”
