I have been using david Lloyd Kingston for a while now and have really enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and informative, the facilities are extremely clean and the club is not overly busy. The sales team, Ben in particular, were helpful when introducing me to the club and getting me set up with their kickstart plan! Reformer Pilates has been my fav class so far would highly recommend!

The gym is absolutely lovely but the sales staff are absolutely desperate. Maybe if I post on here they will get the message. Went in to look at the gym and made it super clear to the lady I was already sold, just needed to try get out of another contract and the moment I do I’ll sign up or at worst the contact will end in a November and I’ll sign up then. She essentially ignored this and ran me around the gym as fast as possible to try so she could sit me down to sign up. Making the walk around relatively useless. A little frustrating but chalked it down to a poorly executed sales tactic. I was already sold before on the tour so got over it. I must have had nearly 10 calls from since then trying to get me to sign up. I can forgive a couple follow ups but telling the same story over and over again got me to the point where I told them if they call again I won’t join. And guess what, they’ve phoned twice since then.
We had a great experience at David Lloyd Kingston. “ Ahlam “ was extremely helpful and gave us a very informative and thorough tour, explaining everything clearly and answering all our questions.
The facilities were very modern, clean and well maintained. We really appreciated Ahlam’s friendly and professional approach. Thank you, Ahlam, for all your help!

When me and my partner joined, we were directed towards a 12-month membership without being clearly told that a shorter, flexible 3-month option was available.
I have only attended once since joining in January 2026. I would genuinely appreciate this being looked into properly, including how the memberships were sold to us, rather than simply being told that nothing can be done.
I joined David Lloyd Kingston about 6 weeks ago. mostly for access to the pool and spa which might not be as big as some other clubs, but it is kept clean and tidy and is rarely out of order. the sauna and steam room both get hotter than other places iv been which is great.
the gym is adequate for most peoples needs. again this area is kept as clean and tidy like the rest of the club. I haven't had the chance to do any classes but it has a large variety and I'm sure they are good quality.
there is a great café area that has plenty of space and can be utilised for "working from home" with a decent WiFi connection (it can get a little spotty for video calls when its very busy but that rare).
one of the best things about the place are the friendly staff, polite and welcoming every time you enter the club! and a big shout out to Ahlam who did a great job helping me get set up and always has a smile on her face!
I've trained for many years (using lots of different gyms and health clubs), I'm a coach and work in a different gym myself and can say that I think there is great value for money at this club.
