  Ahlam’s service today was nothing short of exceptional, made me feel very welcome at the gym, and answered some very helpful questions I had regarding my membership. I look forward now to coming back and hope to feel the same again

  I had such a wonderful experience with Ben. He is so patient and showed me the club and explained everything in details. He is very friendly and helpful. He also help me set the club app. I joined the club. Thank you so much Ben!

  I've been really impressed with David Lloyd Kingston. The club is kept spotlessly clean, from the gym floor to the changing rooms, and you can tell the team takes real pride in how it's looked after. Everything feels fresh, tidy and well maintained every time I visit. The club itself is lovely, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a pleasure to spend time there. It's somewhere I look forward to going. Highly recommend

  If you haven't tried Blaze at David Lloyd Kingston yet, you're missing out. The classes are intense, fast-paced and properly addictive: the mix of treadmill, weights and boxing means you never get bored, and the time flies by. I always walk out exhausted but buzzing. What really makes it, though, is the staff. The trainers bring so much energy, push you just the right amount, and actually pay attention to your form and progress. The wider team are just as good: friendly, helpful and always ready with a smile when you walk in.

  For the price, AVOID. Strange gym. Terrible customer service. There's better gyms in the area for half the price. When the sales guy was selling the membership to me, he assured me there was never any problem getting a bench. First day in, I spent an hour waiting for a bench that never freed up. I asked for an invoice during the sale, I was told to do it through the app, and when I did that, they never got back to me. I asked for clarity on t&cs during the sale, I was assured the club would email me after the sale with the clarity I required, I never got that either. My digital wallet card wouldn't work on my first day, the guy at the front desk told me to delete it from my wallet. After I deleted it, I was shown an error that I could not re add it. He then said he didn't know what to do. Again, I asked through the app for this to be fixed, I never got a reply. I then emailed and sent a request through the app asking for the above three requests to be dealt with. Again, no reply. I have now requested for my membership to be cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period, both via email and the app. I don't have a receipt for either and I might have to just dispute the payment with my bank, not ideal again. What doesn't make sense is, they got back to me an hour after I enquired about joining. But after I joined, I was ignored for three days on every enquiry I made. Including cancellation?
