  Als toerist kwamen we hier op 2 mei terecht. We werden geholpen door een uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Ern pluim.

  Tecso pharmacey(osterley) evening staff( specially Monaday 02-03-26) were non supportive. I wait 30 minute to collect my prescription.

  Ridiculous customer service. Lazy staff, every time I go to pick up a prescription, they huff and puff, mumble under their noses, and make comments. Too lazy to come and ask you discretely for your name and address they do it from 2 meter distance so the whole queue can hear your details. Very very very lazy, moody, and rude. If you don't want to work, find another job, don't ruin everyone's mood, especially on Christmas.

  I visited Tesco pharmacy osterly on Thursday after trying to call them for over 4 hours with no one picking up the phone .my medication was sent to them over 2 weeks ago and I received no message .I was treated bye an very abusive pharmacist miss Holden Mohamed who got extremely angry when when I asked why no one picked up the phone or called me to say they were having issues getting my prescribed medication .her response was to tell me to go away and she refused to give me my medication that I need and told me to go to another pharmacy and threatened me with security I found this totally unacceptable as the pharmacy was at fault .I would no recommend this pharmacy to anyone as I have had lost off issues here Terrible behaviour on her part no costumer service was provided

  Sadly this pharmacy has very unhelpful staff, they don’t care about customers. Hiding behind the main pharmacy counter, when people are waiting poor manners and the worst is there is a mirror where you can see all they are doing, on their phone or just doing their own thing.
