This made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the appointment. Excellent service, and I really appreciated the care and attention given. Highly recommended!

The most incompetent team i have ever come across, after spending over £800 with them i have waited over 3 weeks for my glasses, still waiting on my Ray Ban Meta 3 even though I was told had arrived, only to go into store to find out they haven't. Same experience with my contact lenses, called to say they have arrived, only to wait and watch headless chickens run around the store for 25 mins to tell me they aren't in store. 30 mins after leaving the store I get called back to say they was in store all this time. Optician not informing me I had Astigmatism in my eyes especially knowing how important that fact is when ordering contacts. This is during my contact lenses exam. Incompetence from front desk to trained professionals in the back. Avoid vision express Ilford.

We experienced a five-month delay on an ordered frame replacement for custom lenses, compounded by tracking errors, ghost delivery notifications, and a complete lack of accountability from management. When we attempted to resolve the issue in-store, staff and the store manager were defensive and, refused to take responsibility for internal miscommunications. We ultimately had to request a refund. Extremely poor experience; I would advise using a different branch.
