  Not so good experience, as I had my appointment at 17.50 and I was on time but the test took time and then I had to rush to select my specs as the shop timings for closing down approached and I asked if I can come other day to select then they said you have to select it today itself else you will have pay £30 in next visit as your voucher won’t be valid. So I had to choose something quickly. I think they should plan the appointment accordingly or else allow more time to choose your specs

  I was passing by and decided to go into the shop to make an appointment for my spectacles to be revied. I was seen within a few minutes. Very clean, pleasant environment. Eye test and scans done and I had to select two sets of frames. Meenakshi Jaldi was the highlight of my experience helping me with trying on different frames. With her help I made the right choices. It is now four days since I have been wearing them and I would recommend this service. Thank you Mrs S. Gordon

  Went there today for my eye test and was told I had to pay now due to no longer receiving free eye tests , however it was communicated very well and when it came time for the test , I was properly informed on eye care and the improvements as well as what I needed to do to better my eye health and was made comfortable enough to express any worries I had of my vision and had all my questions answered correctly and professionally, additionally when it came time to pick glasses I was advised on which ones would better suit my face and taste by the loveliest lady (Fatima) she was very thorough and thoughtful with her help and it made the whole experience a lot better , I’ve been going there for around two years now and it’s improved a lot since the last time I was there , wishing them all the best .

  Three weeks trying to purchase contact lenses, ending in a deliberately delayed appointment at the Ilford branch. Staff who knew I had previously complained were visibly avoiding me while other customers who arrived after me were seen first. When I raised the delay, I was told to rebook which I refused. The promised extra contact lenses box to compensate prior 2-week delay was not given. Appalling customer service from start to finish. Would not recommend.
