  The first thing i did when i walked into the shop and they took my details was ask that i get no junk mail or calls or reminders. This was because of unending junk mail and texts and reminders to book eye tests from previous visits which do not ever stop despite requests. I restated this request when i paid for my glasses. Before i even received my glasses i get a text pestering me to give a review on google; so here we are. Still no glasses

  Had an appointment at 9:35 this morning for an overdue eye test. Went very smoothly, scan, test and further test as it seems I may have glaucoma. Still as friendly and as professional staff as I witnessed two years ago. No nonsense talk, no sales pitch, no pressure at all. Very professional in their conduct. H. Rifai

  Wow this is how customer service should be done. All staff I've dealt with so far have been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I used to visit another VE store but really prefer going to the Hounslow high street store. Thank you.
