I genuinely had no idea he was only 17 because he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout my visit. He took the time to show all of the frames that suited me, but what was so cool was the fact showed me the AI smart glasses, explained all the features really clearly and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed or pressured. His customer service was exceptional and he made the whole experience enjoyable. Jack is a real credit to the vision express team, and it’s wonderful to see someone so young taking so much pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back with my husband to purchase a pair of the AI smart glasses. Thank you, Jack, for such fantastic service. You have a bright future ahead of you!

They went out of their way to adjust my old glasses from a different shop, just so they felt more comfortable on my ears. They are super super knowledgeable from the opticians to the sales team. They were very helpful in picking out my glasses and a great range. And the contact lenses trial was clear and extremely useful. I’ll never go to a different vision shop again. Amazing team!!!
