- YAYousuf AliAug 5, 20262.0The experience doing the eye test initially was good. Booked a test quickly and they helped find suitable glasses. The aftercare was not great. I needed help on retrieving some of my records and the impression I was left with was they were entirely self interested. Didn't give me the prescription measurements I needed just kept saying I'm due a new test. My glasses were broken so had to find a replacement quickly said something like they can't provide over the phone but can send email at the end of the day. Been 3 days now. I'm aware they value Google reviews so I hope they use this to improve. Recommended using these guys only in emergencies.
