  Betty and Almi at Vision Express Holborn provided a 10/10 client care experience. I came in early for my eye test to ask whether my lenses could be recut to fit a new frame. Although this wasn’t possible, they explained that both my eye and contact lens prescriptions were out of date and kindly tried to fit me in for a contact lens appointment so I could update both and purchase what I needed. Almi was incredibly kind and gave me spare contact lenses to tide me over while I was without glasses or lenses. Betty was exceptionally warm and helpful. She offered me a tray while I browsed and helped me find the best combination of purchases to keep costs down. I never felt pressured to buy more - instead, I genuinely felt she had my best interests at heart. Both Betty and Almi went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for their kindness and care!

  Overpriced, limited selection, terrible service. Waited a month for my glasses, stand around for ages while staff sit on their phone. Just avoid
