  I missed my appointment and went to apologise. The staff were very understanding and offered me a slot there and then. Which I accepted. They were very efficient and thorough.

  It was a great visit at vision express. Staff very co-operative and friendly. I did my eye test and staff helped me with choosing one of the best glasses for me I asked many questions but they satisfied me with their politeness explanation. Thank you to the manager and to Maria for great help. Good luck for your future lovely ladies ❤️❤️

  ⭐️ If I could give Vision Express 0 stars, I genuinely would. I went into Vision Express for my glasses around February. As soon as I received them, I explained to the lady that they definitely did not feel right and I didn’t believe they were my correct prescription. I have worn glasses since secondary school, so I know how my glasses should feel when I put them on. They honestly felt like I was wearing my nan’s glasses — everything looked completely wrong and unnatural. I was told that they were fine and that I simply needed to get used to them. A few days later, I called to explain that the glasses were making me feel extremely sick and dizzy, and that everything looked and felt slow and strange when I wore them. I was again told that this was normal and that I just needed to adjust to them. For months, I went back and forth with Vision Express about my prescription. I repeatedly explained that something was wrong with my glasses and that they were making me feel unwell, but I kept getting turned away and told that I simply needed to get used to them. I knew from the very beginning that something wasn’t right, yet my concerns were repeatedly dismissed instead of being properly investigated. I eventually went back in July for a second eye test because the problems were still ongoing. The lady who carried out my eye test told me that the prescription I had originally been given was too low. I find this extremely confusing, as the prescription I was given was actually higher than my previous prescription, so I don’t understand how I could have been given a prescription that was supposedly “too low”. What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated by a different woman straight after my eye test. She was extremely rude and dismissive towards me and told me that I should have come back sooner and that they would “only honour it this once.” I found her attitude completely unacceptable. I had been going back and forth with Vision Express for months, repeatedly trying to get someone to listen to me, only to be turned away time and time again. So to then be spoken to in that way was incredibly upsetting and frustrating. The way this whole situation has been handled shows me that Vision Express has no care or concern for their clients. I raised concerns about my glasses from the very beginning and repeatedly told them that something wasn’t right, yet I was ignored and turned away for months. I trusted them with something as important as my eyesight, and because of the way they handled my prescription and failed to listen to my concerns, I now feel that my eyesight is worse because of them. I feel completely let down by the service I received and the lack of care shown towards me as a customer. I should never have had to spend months going back and forth just to have my concerns taken seriously. I would absolutely not recommend Vision Express based on my experience. If I could give 0 stars, I genuinely would.
