  Great service at Vision Express Harrow. Staff were very friendly and professional, eye test was thorough and explained clearly. Shop is clean and well organised. Highly recommended!

  Superb staff including Nish, Dax and Zahra. Kind attentive and well informed about eye care options. I would definitely 💯 recommend Harrow Vision Express.

  Not great service from the front desk staff. I walked in with no other customers there to be seen still the staff just sat there did not approach me. Then when I asked few questions answers were given rushley and the lady walked away once answered ! Zero customers skills at all vison express i been to.

  Went into the store as I wanted to get prescription lenses to replace broken ones. I think the store might be closing as there was only 1 member of staff who was busy with a customer. I chose the new frames while I waited to be seen but after 15min I decided to get on with my errands and return later. Came back half hour later and there was a different staff on the phone. There was the initial member of staff now with a different set of customers . I waited again for some sort of acknowledgement but the phone took ages so I left again. I popped in 3rd time in another half hour as I was passing by to return home and this time the 1st member if staff was stood by the front door having a conversation on their mobile. Again I waited around for 3 min. There was no eye contact or acknowledge so I figured they were not bothered to serve me. Not once was I spoken to. I left never to return. Went into spec savers and was seen straight away. Placed my order and was out in half hour. I think vision express will close soon as they customer service is non existent.
