- JRJAGRUTI ROHITAug 19, 20261.0Totally bad experience I called 4 times to them to ask is it okay if I will be late by 10 mnt staff says yes I am there and I was late by 7 mnt they let me wait while they are taking and then said I have to rebook my appointment I already waited long time for this appointment so I requested them that I already confirmed on the phone then I came otherwise I will cancel my appointment earlier But one Staf said they they only wait 5 mnt I asked then why one of her colleague said 10 mnt late they will be fine even I was not late that much They are not cooperative at all no one is being agree that who received my call. She let me wait more 15 mnt there and said that there next customer is arrived so I have to book another appointment I am still here from after 20 mnt that happened no any single person came and the store also empty I never be in this branch They wasted my time
