  I have been using this pharmacy for years now, but there has been a massive downward decline. Communication is now non-existent when prescriptions are ready, it is impossible to get through on the phone & when visiting the pharmacy there are long queues with nobody to queue bust - clearly customer care doesn't matter here anymore. I am moving my electonic prescriptions along with my entire family elsewhere & will not be setting foot in this store again. Electonic prescriptions are supposed to help process things faster & with more ease, but you are forced to wait excessively in queues that are not being managed properly because text alerts & phone calls anwered at this branch are ineffective & non-existent now. I have abandoned prescription collections a number of times here recently because of distress & meltdowns forcing me to escape the sensory overload, which also happens to my neurodivergent husband & toddler too. Accessing healthcare services shouldn't be this challenging.

  The pharmacy staff is very rude. They are not very helpful and it's long waiting .

  No one ever picks up the phone, you have to call multiple times for a couple days.

  They no answer phone, just take the phone and hang up, the staff are not professional and they don’t have knowledge, I received a text message that prescriptions are ready but when I been there they said I have to wait half an hour to dispense them…
