I bought a myopia glasses for my daughter on may. They said 2 year gureentee. Just after 1 week the lends fell apart from the frame and its happen eavn more. The quality of frame is really poor. We spend more than 200 pounds for the lenses and now they are saying frames are not covered. They dont want to take the blame and when i thought to buy a new frame, they say the frames are discontinued and no more available. Funny thing is that those lenses are not fit for any other frames. Its just a waist of money. If any one thinks about myopia lenses. Please dont go for that.they are pick pocketing our money with out any reason. I cant post this with out a star that is the only reason to put 1 star. When i ask about the customercare number, she said, she dont know, you can google and find it out.. Soo rude..

I had a very positive experience at Specsavers Feltham. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional throughout my visit. They took the time to understand my needs, explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable before making any decisions. The service was efficient, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Specsavers Feltham to my friends and family.

Amazing experience with Specsavers in feltham they were very kind and helpful and explained the information in a way that was clear to a neurodivergent person. However there is no toilet in the store and they will not allow customers to use the staff toilet, which normally I would understand however my appointment took over 1hour and I asked if I could run to the store next door and go but they said no and I have extreme medical health problems so this put me in an uncomfortable situation

I've been going to Specsavers every 2yrs since my eyesight started to change once I hit 50yrs old. I missed my 2yr check in 2025 and I knew my eyesight was getting worse so I went for my full test + oct scan earlier this month. Results, as I expected, my prescription needed had changed considerably. Tests also found that I have slight uv sun damage to my left eye lense, means this damage has occurred over the last 3yrs. Optician explained this in great detail to me, advising I need to wear prescription uv protected sunglasses when outside, driving etc. Therefore, instead of buying 2 for 1 both glasses, I decided to buy 2 for 1 as 1x glasses and 1x sunglasses. All tailor made due to each eye requiring different strengths. Yes, very expensive, almost £800 in total. But a small price to pay to protect my eyesight. All Specsavers staff at Feltham branch were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. I will not shop elsewhere. Highly recommend Specsavers Feltham on every level. Very happy customer. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you
