  I would not recommend this branch of Vision Express. Unfortunately, I found most of the sales staff (with the exception of one Asian man) to be rude and lacking knowledge about the glasses they sell. I asked several members of staff questions about different frames and lenses, but they were unable to provide answers and made no effort to find out the information for me. This was disappointing and not what I would expect from an opticians. In the end, I spent around £700 because there were no appointments available at my usual branch, but I regret not waiting. The overall customer service experience was poor, and I left feeling dissatisfied with both the level of assistance and the value for money.

  I had an eye test here and they seem to do a very thorough job. The person who went through the visual test (reading letters) was lovely.

  I called up to obtain contact lenses for my partner and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. She called me back first thing Monday morning and she ordered the lenses. She Confirmed when they would arrive and called me when they arrived in the store a few days later. Excellent customer service. Thank you
