Had a great experience being shown around the gym! Zel was incredibly friendly, warm and personable, making the whole tour feel welcoming. She was also very informative and took the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team! And to top it off, state of the art gym and wellness facilities.

Lovely tour of the club and intro today by Rebecca , I've just signed up so cant really say much yet but the place has so much more than i expected so at first was wondering why they have to do a tour before surprising you with prices but actually I get it now . It is pretty awesome and you dont see that just by looking at a brochure . I was so impressed with all the facilities. ... the decor could look a bit posher for the price if Im honest but Im a down to earth gal so im not that fussed . Thanks Rebeca you were a great intro and very patient with me . cant wait to check out the sax player ...that seems to be performing at every opportunity . lol .. lovely vibe to this place . not scary at all . Really I was surprised that I just signed up today . I joined because they seem really lovely people ..and Rebecca was really genuine ... looking forward to it
