  I had an amazing tour to David Lloyds with Jordan. He has been super helpful from the very start, I really enjoyed the tour thanks to him and felt very welcomed. I am happy to say I look forward to making the most of my membership! Thank you Jordan!

  I joined David Lloyd Enfield about five months ago, expecting the high standard of service the brand is known for, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Since joining, I have been trying to use the three complimentary PT/Sports Massage sessions included with my membership. After months, this issue is still unresolved. I also booked a PT session which was cancelled by the trainer on the day, and nobody has contacted me since to rearrange it. Last week I lost my glasses at the club. On 26 June 2026, I called reception at around 10:30 a.m. and was told someone would call me back shortly. Nobody ever did. Later that day I called again, waited on hold for about 1 hour, and no one answered. The reception experience has also been consistently poor.Espacially young girl who was working on 26.06 around 10:30 she is doing same thing always. I completely understand paying for a second towel if that's the club's policy, but good customer service should work both ways. Unfortunately, one receptionist in particular always seems unhappy, unwelcoming, and as though helping members is a burden. I've been patient for months, but today was the final straw. The facilities themselves are good, but customer service is nowhere near the standard I expected from a premium gym. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the experience for its members.

  Hava was absolutely fantastic! She showed us around the club, was very friendly, professional and polite, and took the time to answer every question we had before we decided to join. She made us feel very welcome and explained everything clearly, which really helped us make our decision. Thank you so much Hava!

  I’d like to thank Jordan for his professionalism and excellent knowledge of the facilities at David Lloyd. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made the whole experience really welcoming and informative. Jordan was great throughout, and I’d highly recommend speaking with him if you’re considering joining.

  I've been a member for 3 years & I used to enjoy coming here but now I'm thinking to cancle my membership. I only really have time to come in the morning before work. I do about a hour exercise & a hour spa, & Litraly EVRYTIME I come theres some kind of issue in the spa. Either the heated seats to lay down ain't heated. The steam room is broke Or the jacuzzi is closed. I can understand a few issues evry so often..But its evrytime I go. & Paying £239 a month for this don't seem to be worth it in my eyes. At a glance the spa itself looks nice, but whats the point of it just looking nice if the actual facilities have constant issues.
