  ★★★★★ I had an absolutely excellent experience at Vision Express Opticians in Croydon today, and I would especially like to recognise Rabiya Khan for the outstanding service she provided. I came into the store today because I had a small but rather urgent situation that needed to be dealt with quickly. From the moment I explained what had happened, Rabiya was incredibly helpful, attentive and professional. She immediately took the time to understand the situation properly, asked relevant follow-up questions and explained everything to me clearly and patiently. What really impressed me was the combination of speed and genuine personal attention. I did not feel like I was being rushed through or treated as just another customer. Rabiya listened carefully, made sure she understood exactly what I needed, and dealt with everything incredibly efficiently. I also did not have to sit around waiting unnecessarily, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Her communication was exceptional. She explained the situation in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening. She was polite, reassuring and genuinely seemed to care about helping me rather than simply completing a task and moving on to the next customer. This is exactly what excellent customer service should look like. I think it is particularly important to recognise employees like Rabiya because exceptional service can completely change a customer’s impression of a company. I came into the store because I needed help, and I left feeling genuinely valued as a customer. That is something I will remember. Rabiya is a fantastic representative of Vision Express, and I sincerely hope her manager and the wider company recognise the quality of service she provides. Employees who demonstrate this level of professionalism, patience, initiative and customer care deserve to be acknowledged. I will definitely be coming back to Vision Express in the future, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this particular store to my friends and colleagues. After today’s experience, I can genuinely say that this is a place where customers are treated with respect and where good customer service still seems to matter. Thank you very much, Rabiya, for your help today. You turned what could have been a stressful and inconvenient situation into a very straightforward and positive experience. An absolute credit to Vision Express. 5 stars without hesitation!

  All the staff were welcoming, dealt with me quite quickly making sure I was ok and didn't have any other concerns.

  I had been with Vision Express Croydon for many years - after 2020 Vision in Tottenham Court Road closed down, if anyone remembers. In previous years the service at Croydon went down hill and was so bad that I left and went to another branch. In April 2026 I popped in to look at the frames and ended up speaking to Alicia. After discussing my previous experiences with her, she somehow managed to convince me to try Croydon again because there new staff in the store. She booked me an eye test with Unjum and I am pleased to say she is an amazing optometrist. All the staff I have encountered in the store in the last 5 months are very polite and professional. Hope the service continue on this upward trend.
