  hi all please take a minute to read this .. Tyler was the one who showed us round the David Lloyd gym. He is very helpful knows his stuff about the gym and the whole premises he is very polite always got a smile on his face. He made you feel like we’ve know him and been going to the gym for years which is always a great thing when your very nervous. my misses has anxiety and gets really shy but she felt like she been going for years all because of Tyler , Tyler helped her feel so comfortable about joining the gym now she goes of and does her own thing without no worries. He also tells you about everything does not miss a single thing out and always there if you need a chat or you get any worries about anything . Please people who looking to joint ask for Tyler I highly highly recommend this lad from Charlene and Robert’s

  Not a single day goes by where a 100% of equipment in the gym is working to full operation or basic necessities such a water tap are functioning. Membership at over £225pm with over 5000 members gives an MRR of over £1m - none of this seems to be invested into the maintenance of the equipment - I will be strongly considering moving to Third Space.

  Rhythm with Lisa McGuiness is my absolute favourite class at David Lloyd. It’s a fantastic cardio workout, full of energy, fun, and great music. Lisa is incredibly motivating and creates such a welcoming environment for everyone, from first-timers to regulars. She makes every class enjoyable and inclusive. I recommend it to everyone and am always telling friends to come along. Five stars from me! I love it- Thank you Lisa 🙌🏽🙌🏽

  Club currently going through a much needed refurb. On the whole membership is rather expensive. Hopefully post refurb it should reflect what one pays. Squash courts are great and fantastic to have a big section still going strong. This is a credit to Pete. Still is a fantastic club as offers so many sports and facilities. What lets it down is how this is maintained. Hopefully with the refurb a higher standard can be maintained. This is what differentiates it from good to great.

  Tyler in Sales at DL, Purley has been absolutely amazing and so helpful and even managed to sign up most of my family. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and completely understands the customers needs, thank you for all your help, Tyler! Pete Smith, Squash coach at DL, Purley is an absolute legend and organises the squash sessions to each persons level. His commitment to squash is exemplary and it’s always a pleasure and enjoyable experience to play squash with so many lovely people. And, Grace on reception greets you with a happy smile and a friendly hello and always makes you feel welcome, thank you Grace. David Lloyd, Purley is a friendly and warm space where you can enjoy your sports, meet some lovely people, wind down and relax in the spa and enjoy a coffee and something delicious to eat. It’s definitely my happy place!!
