After a short hearing test, the results were shown on screen & explained and a copy was given to me to take home. The different hearing aid options were explained, together with their costs, benefits and features. There was no pressure to purchase and a free trial period was offered. I was even allowed to park in the back of the shop, which saved the hassle of trying to find a parking place in Central Croydon.
