  Visited this branch yesterday for my eye test, staff were professional and knowledgeable. Jonalyn assisted in one of my tests she also helped me decide on glasses. She was professional yet charming, an asset to the team. Happy with my visit, would recommend coming here for your eye care.

  I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the manager and staff at the Chiswick branch for Vision express. They have always been so kind accommodating and attentive to every one of my needs regarding my vision and they have found a client for life. Absolutely outstanding service 100/10 !!!

  Very Highly Recommended! I've been a Specsaver customer for over 10 years, and just decided to try Vision Express on the off chance, as they have a bigger shop and I was hoping to have a wider choice of glasses. They did have a wider choice, but this wasn't all. . . Their customer service is second to none. I've never had such time, care and attention spent on my eyes as I had in Vision Express on Chiswick High Road. The lady who helped me first was so knowledgeable and helpful, recommending options for my glasses that I didn't even know were possible. I need middle and close detail vision for my work and now have glasses that work with precision - for me. I met an excellent contact lense specialist Nik Taleski, careful, considerate, precise and just brilliant at his job. I have tricky eyes when it comes to fitting the lenses and haven't been able to find a solution in the past, but Nik took his time and the results feel life changing. I now have the option to wear lenses or glasses, depending on how I feel. I can't fault the team at Vision Express in Chiswick. I've been converted,. I realise it is definitely worth spending a bit more on my eyes for such amazing 1-2-1 care and service. Thank you

  I was twice first I do eyes check I buy two glasses and I modify the lentils of one of them The only employee that attend me great first time woad the girl that make me the check eyes others special the woman’s that are in the main area and sell there I do not have one thing good to say about they behaviour totally unprofessional plus the color of the Lentils that I modified wasn’t good they have a light inside that don’t help with it too I ask for two pair of glasses more they call me after one week that I received the call I go there I buy the glasses again the girls of the main area wasn’t attending me well I do not recommend anyone to go there do that the shopping experience is the worst that I have They do contrary that you say behave unwell first one I ask her to do not broke the label of the glasses she do it other I say I’m in hurry wasn’t important for them plus the one that call me she close the phone without giving me time to say nothing When I go there the color of one of the frame wasn’t what I ask for And all this employees act so … totally unprofessional totally unwell

  I went to Vision Express in Chiswick on Saturday last week to get prescription glasses the young Lady who help me was very helpful and knowledgeable she was very patient as I have high cheek bones not all glasses suit me. I picked them up today and the Lady hand them over to me without checking if they fitted well, I was on crutches so not very mobile, when I tried them on at home I realise that they are loose, I cannot come back to have them fitted so I now have to go to boots where I have my eyes tested for them to tighten them!! Not great !! Very disappointing.
