The King’s Road store provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What should have been a simple matter (faulty glasses) dragged on for an unreasonable length of time, requiring repeated follow up on my part and a complaint to head office before any resolution was reached. Even then, staff seemed more concerned with repeatedly stressing that the outcome was a "gesture of goodwill" than acknowledging the poor service and inconvenience that had necessitated it. The assistant manager's customer service was frankly appalling, yet the store manager chose to defend and endorse that behaviour rather than address the legitimate concerns that had been raised. When I finally returned to collect my glasses, there was a handwritten sign on the door stating they were understaffed. While staffing issues can happen, the sign perfectly encapsulated my entire experience of this branch - poorly managed, disorganised and unable to provide an acceptable standard of customer service. After many years of being a Vision Express customer, the disgraceful service I received at this store led me to take my custom elsewhere. Avoid this store and Vision Express at all costs!

It is amazing how advanced the diagnostics have gotten as they check for various ailments(e.g. glaucoma, macular, macular degeneration, etc). I am super grateful for the quality service and the support from NHS.
