Like no one is doing any customer service communication trainings and it is allowed to be rude just because you don’t like me or having a bad day? Also though my appointment was booked, there was another person waiting and it was delays so I had to rebook. The person there started to send me to Oxford street or somewhere else to book. How rude is that? I am paying money, I need glasses and lenses and you just send me to whatever? They stated to talk about expectations when I have asked to give me appointment I can actually attend, but they stated to talk about setting expectations and 1 hour wait. Why book then? And as for expectation “someone will be with you shortly “ when there is another person waiting before me, and it is already past my appointment time? What is “Shortly” then? No one mentioned emergency, when I came to ask, they thought, started to talk about it. So maybe if it is true, that should have been the first thing to tell, without making me wait for 15 minutes and being rude all the time? Horrible No wonder this place has bad reviews I will try to deal with the store just because of convenience, but I hope this guy never dears to talk to me again.
