  All staff in this branch are lovely and are very patient and understanding of any problems. They take time to explain everything fully and you leave their store feeling calm and relaxed.

  I came to replace my stolen glasses and Natalia was very empathetic. Natalia helped me purchase a new set and even recommended the half price second set which I purchased. I was informed how long I’d have to wait for them to arrive and overall Natalia was very friendly. Side note, for the health and wellbeing of the staff, a suggestion might me laptop stands, as the constant hunched shoulders leaning forward to use the device can be bad for posture, back, neck and shoulders. Given the quality service the staff provides, this would be very helpful for them. Last time I visited a year ago, Christabel was also very friendly and helpful.

  I have attended Vision Express in Bromley for many years now and have always received great service at this store. At my most recent appointment I saw Optometrist Priya Doal who conducted a very thorough examination of my eyes (I have a retinal condition) and explained her findings to me in detail. I think my appointment slot over ran my allotted time window, but she gave me all the time and attention I needed. Ms Doal then brought me back for a follow up examination earlier this week, to ensure my condition was indeed stable. Excellent service - highly recommended.
