My eyes test was good. The staff showed patience, understanding, and were supportive. The service was useful and handy.

Horrendous, absolutely horrendous. Been trying to get through to speak to someone for weeks about an eye test, contact lens test and new glasses for my daughter. Not only do they not answer calls or call back, they now cut you off if they don't feel like answering. I've been with them for years, contract cancelled, new optician found. Avoid this place, they're a joke

I had an eye test at Vision Express Bromley this week and received an excellent service. The young lady who carried out my eye test Priya Doal was very professional and very thorough. I would recommend this optician as a good company to use.
