Extremely poor customer service, I have been waiting for over than 2 hours where multiple staff served other customers that came after me. Even when one worker was free instead of serving the growing line she went on to rearrange the glasses, cleaning up “all the mess ‘they’ made” - whilst there was a growing line.
Other workers continued to chat and did not attend to the customers at all. When asking how long it would take, all said 5 minutes and promised to attend to me but never did. Should be added that all of their tones are arrogant
Poor and slow service, wasted my whole day waiting to be served and ended up not getting served. Will not be coming again

I received excellent care, from beginning to end. A very thorough examination of my medical history, my eyes, and my vision was carried out. I was given great advice and felt very reassured.
My experience was overwhelmingly positive.
It was ok,they have nice choice of frames but not enough staff to serve customers so you need to wait around 15min to actually get served. The lady serving me was nice however she was wearing face mask(meybe due to her medical reasons?) and sometimes I couldn't hear what she was saying.

Disappointed with my recent experience at Vision Express Bromley.
I purchased two pairs of top-range frameless glasses with premium upgrades for both reading and distance vision. There was already a delay of around two weeks beyond the expected delivery date, and despite paying for the premium package, the final result honestly felt fairly average.
More disappointing was the aftercare. After only around five months of normal careful use, one of the arms came off. When I visited the Bromley branch, I was immediately told that because I had not purchased insurance, I would need to pay for the repair.
I found this quite unfair considering the price paid and the fact that premium glasses should reasonably last much longer than a few months. I would have expected more understanding, goodwill, and customer care from a company such as Vision Express.
The staff were polite, but overall the experience did not reflect the level of quality and service I expected from a premium optical provider.
